PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

The sale of firearms, ammunition, magazines, and knives is subject to strict regulations. Please seek advice from legal experts or local authorities regarding laws, regulations, and compliance in your area before making a purchase.

Shipping firearms is restricted to individuals holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). Consequently, firearms bought online can be collected at our store or shipped to a licensed dealer or gun shop nearby. We may verify the FFL you designate during checkout before dispatching your firearm(s), ammunition, or magazines. We encourage buyers to contact the receiving FFL licensee prior to purchase.

 

COMPLIANCE WORK

Different states enforce varying restrictions and regulations on firearms, with some even scrutinizing the firearm's color as an 'evil feature.' Please ensure your dealer can undertake any necessary compliance work on the firearm or accessory you wish to acquire. If you opt to pick up the firearm at our store (WESHOOT), please note that compliance work is NOT included in the price.

 

RETURNS

Sales of ammunition, firearms, clothing, memberships, gift cards, and sale items are final and non-refundable. Unopened and unused items with a receipt may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Items returned within 30 days without a receipt will receive store credit. No returns are accepted after 90 days of purchase. Full payment is required for all firearm orders, special orders, and layaways at the time of order. Orders not collected within 180 days will be canceled with a 25% restocking fee. Orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee for changes, non-acceptance by FFL, or cancellations. Orders submitted for a background check cannot be canceled. New firearms are typically covered by the manufacturer warranty. For repairs, contact the manufacturer directly.

All firearm sales are final once the background check is initiated. Special orders are subject to a 25% restocking or cancellation fee. "As is," "used," or installed/used products are final sale. NFA items are also considered final sale. Sale products and mounted optics, sights, illumination devices, and accessories are non-returnable.

 

USED FIREARMS

Used firearms are non-returnable, and all sales are final. Descriptions and photos (if available) are provided by the seller. Customers are responsible for inspecting used firearms before purchase.

 

AMMUNITION PURCHASES

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older for handgun ammunition. Ammunition is shipped ground to a licensed dealer or FFL; we do not ship to private residences. Always use the correct ammunition for your firearms and check local regulations.

 

MAGAZINE PURCHASES

Magazine capacities are restricted by state, and some may vary based on the buyer’s profession. Magazines with a capacity higher than 10 rounds are usually deemed high-capacity in some states. Verify local regulations before ordering. Some dealers and gunsmiths can block magazines, but not all. Contact your licensed dealer to confirm if they can perform compliance work.

 

SECURE TRANSMISSION

All information collected during checkout is transmitted via industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS) to ensure privacy and security.

 

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Orders are promptly shipped from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are typically available for UPS and FedEx shipments. Please note some manufacturers may not drop-ship accessories to homes. NJ residents may need to pick up orders in-store, while non-NJ residents may incur additional shipping fees. Additional shipping fees apply to orders outside the Continental US.

 

ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

Our online inventory changes regularly, and errors may occur in item descriptions or prices. We reserve the right to refuse any order, including those with errors, and will not charge the customer's credit card or will refund the money if an order is canceled.

 

AGE VERIFICATION & BACKGROUND CHECKS

In compliance with federal and state laws, the Dealer handling the transfer, will require age verification and a Background Check (NICS) for all firearm and potentially ammunition purchases. Customers may be asked to provide proof of age before completing their purchase.

 

IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Valid government-issued identification is required for all firearm purchases and pickups. This includes a driver's license or state-issued identification card with a matching address to the purchaser's shipping or billing address. NJ Residents require an FID card as a secondary form of ID.

 

FIREARM TRANSFER PROCEDURE

For firearms purchased online and shipped to a local FFL dealer, we recommend contacting the dealer in advance to confirm their transfer procedures and any associated fees. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide the necessary documentation and complete any required background checks.

 

RECORD KEEPING

We maintain thorough records of all firearm sales and transfers in compliance with federal and state regulations. This includes documenting buyer information, firearm details, and transaction dates for auditing and tracing purposes.
